TUNDUN ABIOLA EMBRACES THE CHRISTIAN FAITH

Tundun Abiola Atta, the daughter of the late MKO Abiola, has converted to the Christian faith. She has also dropped her Muslim name, Hawa for Victoria, a name she adopted at conversion. Sources who should know disclosed that Tundun’s decision in converting to Christianity is personal. And ever since her marriage to Atama Shaka Atta crashed last year, Tundun has become intensely involved in her Christian faith. Her words are usually laced with scriptural quotations.
It will be recalled that Tundun and Shaka got married in London in May 2009. Their marriage lasted four years. Last December, Atama got married to Josephine Mwuese Washima, a Special Assistant in the Presidency. Tundun, who trained as a lawyer in the United Kingdom had worked in FRA Williams Chamber and Airtel. She also worked as a Legislative Assistant to Senator Gbemisola Saraki. Tundun has since moved on with her life and she now lives with her mother, Adebisi Abiola.
