Popular Lagos celebrity,Paris Sanusi has joined the elitist clique of perfumery. The creative fashion designer recently launched her perfume, Olalee. Inspired by the floral opulence of the magnificent royal gardens in the lush palaces of African empires – Olaléé Perfume combines a seductive mélange of tobacco, wood and leather. Symbolic of the majestic scents of African royalty with floral notes of jasmine and vanilla, to create a sensual pond where the rich cultural heritage of Africa and the breezy sophistication of Europe are captured in two alluring bottles for the discerning man and woman, to open and enchant the world with a unique fragrance that bestows one with the airs and elegance fit only for Kings and Queens.

Olalee was established in 2000, as a bespoke couture fashion brand, servicing the close friends, family, and colleagues of the Head Designer, Paris Sanusi from her modest University dorm room at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Starting off with just Ankara prints, the brand’s clientele grew, and so began the journey of the brand which has now metamorphosed into a global fashion and lifestyle brand, birthed in Africa, and consistently inspired by the rich heritage of Sub-Saharan Africa.

 In 2010, Olalee became a business, with clients ranging from expatriates to first ladies. From fabric designs, the brand expanded into leatherworks – handbags, shoes, belts - and perfumes.

 The founder drew inspiration from her inborn desire to wear authentic,classy,unique and yet simple outfits  .At Olalee, every design is precisely stitched with a mission to export the rich African artistry to a global fashion  audience.
