FORMER OGUN SPEAKER, TITI OSENI GOES INTO POLITICAL WILDERNESS

-RECONCILES WITH BEST FRIEND, BOLA MARSHALL

There is no doubt that Honourable Titi Oseni, the former Ogun State Speaker will have learnt more than one lesson in the transient nature of power. And her learning process has not been devoid of regret either. Titi Oseni is not so happy, that other politicians treat her with a pronounced disdain. But then, most people are wont to argue that the former Speaker deserves the treatment that is meted to her. But the treatment that is being meted out to Oseni by her former colleagues pales into comparison to what her personal friends are subjecting her to. 

It is gathered that this group of ladies has kept their former friend at arms’ length. And this must have informed the reason why Titi is running from pillar to post to reconcile with her erstwhile best friend, Bola Marshall, who returned from abroad after spending 10 years in prison for ‘powder’ trafficking offence. It was gathered that before Bola went to jail, she was Titi’s best friend. Moreover, the two women were also alleged to have partnered in some business dealings at various points. Thus, when Bola had her problem abroad, Titi was said to have taken up the task of looking after her mother and her children. But hardly had she assumed her political position in Ogun State, than she began to shirk in her responsibility towards her best friend’s family. Oseni was reported to have abandoned Bola’s children and mother, and she refused to have anything to do with them. However, upon Bola’s return, Titi, who, had by now been deserted by people, thought it wise to reconcile with her erstwhile best friend, who is said to know her in and out. The two friends have since re-ignited their friendship and are now back as best buddies.
