The former Military of Administrator of Lagos State and former

Nigeria’s Ambassador to South-Africa  has been endorsed widely by party members and elders in the state.

A local politician based in Yola, Solomon Gaya, said “Marwa will be a good governor for Adamawa State. His experience as a former governor of Lagos State where he performed very well will count for us. Our state, which is currently challenged by insecurity and under emergency requires the leadership of someone like Marwa who knows the terrain very well as a former governor of Old Borno State (with Yobe State)”.

“We can’t afford to get it wrong this time as a people,” Gaya added.
