LAGOS SOCIALITE, AKANNI LAMEX PULLS ALL STOPS FOR 50TH BIRTHDAY

-Opens Mutli-million Naira R & A City Hotel

Popular Lagos businessman and socialite, Chief Rasak Akanni Olarenwaju, popularly known as LAMEX pulled all the stops to celebrate his 50^th birthday on Sunday, August 24^th  2014, at his R&A City Hotel, situated at Allen Avenue, Ikeja.

The colourful occasion which also marked the official commissioning of the hotel attracted a lot of eminent personalities in the country, who came in large numbers to felicitate with the birthday boy and his family. It was formally declared by the Speaker of Lagos State,  Hon. Adeyemi Ikuforiji.

On the bandstand was the irrepressible Fuji Lord, K1 de Ultimate, who dished out several of his popular tunes to the delight of guests.

Guests at the event include Sifax boss, Dr. Taiwo Afolabi and wife, Mrs. Folashade; popular comedian, Basketmouth, Otunba Femi Awoyemi, Mr. Moses (US Embassy), Tunde Akinyera and wife, Prince and Princess Atobatele, Prince and Princess Kayode Kolade, Saidi Balogun, Iyabo Ojo, Gbenga Islander, Shina Peller, Lord Mayor Akinpelu, Kunle Bakare, Loye Amzat, Bisoye Fagade, Kunle Rasheed amongst others.
