THE MANY TROUBLES OF FEMI FANI-KAYODE BY SEGUN FADIPE

-STILL ON THE ONGOING CAMPAIGN OF CALUMNY BY FEMI FANI-KAYODE AGAINST THE PERSON OF GEN. MUHHAMDU BUHARI AS THE APC PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE - MATTERS ARISING.

 

Some people, especially second generation of some Yoruba first generation

politicians have a life-long burden to carry. They have issues with the Yoruba people. For instance, Femi Fani-Kayode is from the lineage of the "Yoruba political cabal" of the First Republic. His father, Chief Remi Fani-Kayode, who was deputy to the late Chief Samuel Ladoke Akintola, belonged to the tiny Yoruba clique, which the late Ahmadu Bello’s Northern Peoples Congress used to destabilise Yoruba land and destroy the unity of the Yoruba race in the First Republic. The damage this "cabal" did to the Yoruba psyche– the imprisonment of the late Chief Obafemi Awolowo – is still reverberating till date; and many are yet to forgive Chief Remi Fani-Kayode (aka "Fani Power"), the father of Femi Fani-Kayode. Indeed, by their fruits, we shall know them.

Today, Femi Fani-Kayode (FFK) is behaving in the same manner! Generations of ostriches don't

change. Can't discerning minds diagnose FFK in the last three years? Maybe you are not aware of how he was going cap in hands from one Fayemi to Fashola begging for money, when he claimed to have decamped to the then ACN. The ACN leaders knew he was a mole, being planted in their midst by PDP. When he was not given audience, he went back, like a dog, to his vomit. If FFK is a politician, he should go and contest for a position in the State House of Assembly in Osun State. This is a politician that has no grassroots contacts at all.

FFK is a noise-maker and an hairsplitter of deepest dye. PDP know what they are using him for: a quisling (agbeyinbeboje, alabode) for that matter. His duty is to cause disaffection among the people and the society at large. We know their clandestine plans. We are aware of their "Project Goliath." FFK is just an attention seeker. We know where he is coming from. He has no political direction. Obasanjo only bailed him out when he had drowned financially. He is not a responsible family man. Nigerian women should not see him as a reliable family man. Ask from the ladies he has

brought pains to their lives, jilted and abandoned them. Who wants to vote for a woman beater or whatever he represents?

Only a fool will cross the path of a moving train. Nigeria is long overdue for a GREAT CHANGE!! Yoruba progressive politicians are already on the move - we are already reclaiming the lost territories and any intruder must be crushed! It is not easy to cross River Rubicon, but since we have crossed it, there is no going back. As we have Hurricane Rauf in the State of Osun, so we shall have Hurricane Buhari in the Federation come February 14, 2015..
