Akinwunmi Ambode, the Lagos APC governorship candidate, yesterday, visited the SOS Children's Village, Isolo, the Hearts of Gold Children's Hospice, Surulere and the Modupe Cole Disabled Home, Yaba, with his running mate, Dr. (Mrs) Oluranti Idiat Adebule and members of his campaign team. It was a sobering experience for the team.
I met a lot of children today, wonderful children. All they need is a little love and a little care. We all should show a little more love this year and help those in need.
Ambode commended the great work of Mrs. Lola Adedoyin, the Founder of Hearts of Gold Hospice, Mrs Florence Kayode, the Principal of Modupe Cole Disabled Pupils Home, the amazing people at SOS Childrens Villages and all other individuals and institutions that help the disadvantaged people.
