Last weekend, the Introduction Ceremony (Writing-in) between Prince Adedamilotun Aderemi and Funlola Odutola took place in Lagos. The groom is the son of Prince Adedamola Aderemi, a multi-jurisdictional barrister practicing both in the United Kingdom
and with a thriving practice in Nigeria.
He is a grandson of late Ooni
of Ife, Sir Adesoji Aderemi who reigned between 1930 to 1980.The groom's mother, Princess Adekemi Aderemi is the daughter of Professor Kayode Oyediran, Political Scientist and the former Vice-Chancellor and Mrs Tola Oyediran. She is the granddaughter of the late Chief Obafemi Awolowo and Mama HID Awolowo.
The wedding ceremony is slated to hold in the first quarter of 2017.
