LAGOS SOCIETY GOES AGLOW FOR SADE ALESH AS SON WEDS TODAY

Sade Alesh

This is indeed a most cheering news, coming from the homestead of famous society, Chief (Mrs) Folashade Adunni Risiquat Adeshoye (aka Sade Alesh). It is about the wedding ceremony of her son, Abdul-Azeez Olajuwon. In what promises to be a classy ceremony, handsome Azeez and his fiancé, Adejoke Afusat will begin their journey into matrimony this weekend. The first leg of the ceremony will be the Engagement and Traditional wedding,
The Couple- Azeez and Adejoke
which holds today, October 18, at the Marquee Hall, All Season Plaza, Agidingbin, Ikeja.

The colour code for the engagement is fuchsia pink, and the guests will be entertained by King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall, K1 De Ultimate.

Next weekend, Saturday, October 25, the couple will exchange their vows at a private ceremony. This will then be followed by a grand reception at Oriental Hall, Victoria Island.
The white wedding will follow a Western dress code dictate, with the turquoise blue colour dictate. Top rated Nigerian musicians have been billed to performed at the ceremony, while Akin Tofowomo's led Suga Band will also thrill the guests.

The groom's mother, Sade Alesh is one of the most celebrated society ladies in Nigeria. She owns a jewelry store, Jewelry Affairs, which is situated within the premises of Civic Center, Ozumba Mbadiwe Street, Victoria Island. She has been trading in the jewelry business for over 20 years, before she opened her store in 2007. Over the years, Sade Alesh has come to win the love and

adulation of most prominent society matriarchs and ladies, who patronize her, for her exquisite stock of diamonds. Beyond her good sense of business style, Sade is also an embodiment of humility and warmth.

The bride, Adejoke is the daughter of Alhaja Morufat Kalejaiye Shabi, a textile merchant and wife of Akile Demola Shabi, the popular businessman and socialite.

It will be recalled that, on Sunday, March 30, the couple's families had performed the introduction (writing-in) ceremony. The modest but classy Introduction ceremony took place at Kalejaiye's home in Lekki. Last Tuesday, October 14, the Mothers' Night was held at the Civic Center, Victoria Island. Oozing sheer opulence and class, the venue had many of Sade Alesh's close friends and associates in attendance. The women shared a purple studded Ankara as aso-ebi. The guests were entertained by Waka crooner, Queen Salawa Abeni.
The ELITES gathered that the wedding ceremony between Abdul-Azeez and Adejoke, is being planned to be one of the classiest events held in recent times. There will be no individual distribution of souvenirs. Rather, guests will be treated to showers of lovely gifts from the couple and their parents.
