Still Flying On The Wings of Her New Book, The Gospel Star Speaks At WAPA Connect Conference
Gospel star and latest Nigerian celebrity author, Kenny Saint Best while speaking at the Lagos State Government Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (WAPA) Connect Conference 2017 has advised Nigerians to be focused reshaping their minds.
Speaking on ‘Turn it around, from setbacks to comebacks’, same title with her recently released rave making book, KSB said ‘‘ if you can succeed in minding your mind, you are a success for life.’’
The author went on to list steps necessary for minding one’s mind to enable a recovery from setbacks as forgiving the facilitators of your set back and rehabilitating the mind through focus by recognizing what to salvage from the setbacks called ‘the remnant’, recognizing how to engage the remnant, recognizing opportunities for a fresh start and styling the future by breaking into new frontiers.
The WAPA Connect Conference 2017 themed ‘Fostering Domestic Harmony Through Multi Perspective Analysis And Graphic Display/Entrepreneurship In The 21st Century’ was held at the 100 Degrees Event Centre, Ikeja and had in attendance several top personalities such the First Lady of Lagos State, Mrs Bolanle Ambode, the Deputy Governor of Lagos State who was a representative of the Lagos State Governor, Mrs. Idiat Oluranti Adebule, Hon. Commissioner WAPA, Mrs Lola Akande, SSA to the President on Diaspora, Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Pastor Mrs Funke Adejumo of Agape Christian Ministries, Child Sexuality Educator, Praise Fowowe, Public Speaker Mr. Lanre Olusola, Editor of Genevieve Magazine, Mrs Betty Irabor, Actor and Comedian, Adeyinka the 1st among others.
