Former Head of State, Gen. Abdulsalami Alhaji Abubakar was in Kano on Tuesday, at the behest of Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso to commission the N14.2 billion Independent Power Project, IPP, at Tiga Dam and commission Kano Institute of Information Technology, INFORMATICS, one of the 26 Institutes established by the Kwankwaso administration during his second term.
