RUMPUS OVER BINTU TINUBU'S INSTALLATION AS IYALODE OF LAGOS

Last October,Alhaja Bintu Fatima Omosefe Tinubu was conferred with the highly revered chieftaincy title of Iyalode of Lagos. The event took place at Iga Iduganran, the palace of Oba Rilwan Akiolu, the Oba of Lagos. Alhaja Bintu is the mother of Adewale Jubril Tinubu, the Group Managing Director of Oando Plc, and the widow of Chief Kafaru Oluwole Tinubu, the late eminent police boss, lawyer and patriarch of the Tinubu family of Lagos. But where one would have expected that the installation ceremony of the new Iyalode would be characterized by so much pomp, it was devoid of anything as such. And there there have been whispers and grumbling, bordering on disaffection among prominent Lagos indigenes.
The ELITES gathered that most Lagos indigenes are indignant at the choice of the new Iyalode of Lagos. This group of aggrieved Lagosians posits that the Iyalode of Lagos title is an exclusive preserve of true Lagos indigenes, and one that should be conferred on women who have uplifted the status of and impacted positively on the state.

THE BASELESS RUMOUR ABOUT BIMBO CARDOSO AND HER STEP-MUM, OPRAL BENSON

What is this noise about the perceived scuffle between Bimbo Cardoso, the daughter of Otunba TOS Benson, the elder statesman and her stepmother, Chief Opral Mason Benson? Some people are spreading the ugly tale that Bimbo, the wife of Olayemi Cardoso, the former Lagos State Commissioner for Budget and Planning, is unimpressed with the portion of inheritance that came to her from her father’s estate. And she is accusing her stepmother for being responsible for her plight. Talebearers peddling this rumour claimed that the erstwhile chummy relationship that existed between the two women has become very frosty. They claimed that following the death of the family patriarch in 2008, Bimbo has made a volte-face and became disdainful of the Yeye Oge of Lagos, whom many perceive a rare breed and a quintessence of motherhood.

KEMI NELSON'S GAME PLAN FOR 2015

For sometimes now, Kemi Nelson, the former Lagos Commissioner for Women Affair, has become very active on the social scene. She is now a regular face at most if the high profile events held in town. Nelson, 58, holds the title of Yeye Sewa of Lagos and she is one of the most prominent matriarchs of the society. Some years ago, she went low profile to pursue a Law degree at the Lagos State University. The grass root politician has since completed the programme, but she has shelved the plan of going to Law School for now.
However, those who have been wondering what could have become of Nelson’s political career can now heave a sigh of relief. The elegant Yeye Sewa of Lagos is yet to unveil her game plan. But feelers coming from some politicians in Lagos State infer that Nelson is being positioned for the office of the Secretary to the State Government in the next dispensation.

THE PRIVATE WORLD OF FOLAKE ST. MATHEW DANIEL

Folake St. Mathew Daniel is one of the most admired female personalities in the society. She is blessed with a gait and grace, which most women will aspire to have. A lawyer by training, Folake is the grand daughter of the late Ooni of Ife, Sir Adesoji Aderemi, and she is an achiever in her own right. She once held sway as an Executive Director (Legal Affairs) at the Nigeria Air Space Management Agency, NAMA. However, she was swept off by the wind of change that was effected by the Stella Oduah’s administration. It was gathered that Oduah, was not too comfortable with Folake’s enviable profile within the agency. Invariably, she ordered that she be redeployed to Aviation School in Zaria. It was gathered that, in the course of traveling between Lagos and Zaria, mostly by road, Folake had some unpleasant experiences. This forced her to withdraw into her cocoon, and she now pays more attention to her son and her law practice.

LAGOS BIG BOY, BAYO ROMANCES OLDER SOCIETY MATRIARCH

LoverBOY.jpg
The Lagos society is awash with the gist of the romance between Bayo, a prominent businessman and a famous society lady. The romance has been going on for a while now and both lovers are reported to be keeping it away from the prying eyes of the public, and somehow, the affair has been able to enjoy a certain level of secrecy so far.  However, it was only recently that the news of the affair was blown open and it became known to just a handful of their friends.

Although, Bayo does not enjoy the same level of social prominence as the society lady, he is a well-known male personality within the society. He runs a very thriving business venture and he is a favourite of many society ladies. Being a very handsome man, most ladies can hardly resist the aura of charm he oozes. Bayo, who is in his mid 50’s, wears a warm smile and has a happy-go-lucky disposition to life. On her own part, the society lady belongs to the class of prominent matriarchs within the society. She runs a furnishing store on a highbrow street in Ikeja.

SEX AND JAZZ : INSIDE THE SCANDALOUS WORLD OF MAVERICK BILLIONAIRE

Ibro Makanaki, the popular billionaire and self-styled turn-around expert, has an unofficial middle name. It is Controversy. His personality thrives on controversy and he has stamped his signature in Nigerian business sector as Mr. Controversy personified. As he adds another year today, Ibro Makanaki will throw a feast to mark the event. But only a few will know that the motive behind the merriment goes beyond the ordinary. It is reported to be a sacrificial feast for personal fortune. This special feast is held twice a year-on his birthday and the end of the year party he holds for his staff.
A maverick businessman, Ibro Makanaki has interest in various business enterprises, most of which are moribund. It is also a well-known fact that, every Monday morning, he subjects his staff to a four-hour session of Praise and Worship and management lectures, where he is the sole bishop and lecturer. Each time he wants to punish a subsidiary or targets a female prey, Ibro Makanaki summons an all-night retreat at his VGC hotel, repeating worn-out case studies. Sources, within the conglomerate disclosed to The ELITES that Ibro Makanaki fiercely disapproves of any of his single employee bedmates from getting married and would always work towards married ones breaking-up with their husbands. Loyalty to him is, married women warming his bed, resuming early and closing late and being available at the shortest of notice for spurious meetings and unscheduled trips. The idea is to have the women at his whims and spend more time, attending to him than their families.
Unknown to many, the women around Ibro Makanaki are the most susceptible (both married and unmarried). The unwritten rule in his conglomerate is the close intimacy between him, the GMD and the women, particularly, at the point of being recruited or before promotion is earned. The controversial billionaire, who is reported to be notorious for unsafe sex, does not engage in it for mere carnal pleasure but for diabolical reasons. Evidence abounds about the fate that had befallen the many women, who have crossed his path in his conglomerate. Three things are usually the consequences of their unholy alliance with him- break-up of marriage, poverty and general difficulty.

More than ever before, this time, there are many women who have suddenly assumed positions of power, either as CEO, GM, ED in Ibro Makanaki’s various establishments, both in and outside Nigeria. Noticeably, many of them are Third Class brains and under-qualified, but reportedly hold distinctions in servicing Ibro Makanaki’s libidinous needs.

PART ONE- THE CEO MISTRESSES
The first in this list of CEO Mistresses is Bridget. She is the CEO of the globally unseen oil and gas company in the group. Bridget was a notable player in the banking industry before the Recession Tsunami offloaded her. Somehow, she found herself in Ibro Makanaki’s conglomerate. Her first assignment was at Air Nigeria, and she later became the CEO of GFOG in curious circumstances. Coded and expertly slippery, Bridget does most of her romping with Ibro Makanaki’s whenever on official trips outside Nigeria. It is imperative to add that Bridget serves as MD in a company of merely 20 people and which has handed its filling stations to dealers. However, Bridget is said to be Ibro Makanaki’s link in the banks. She uses her connections in the banks to either doctor books or ‘take’ documents. Bridget recently got a brand new Prado SUV as an official car for her reward.
Next is Kafila, who became the Managing Director of the NM last January. She does not possess any relevant experience in the business turf she is charged to run. Kaffy is an old flake of the maverick billionaire, and she has now joined the legion, that services his ‘needs’. This lady is reputed to be dynamite when it comes to ‘satisfying’ her male friends. Some of them, notably, Baba Aremu, Raymond D, Gbenguz D, Iyi Omi, Boy George and some other prominent politicians, are reported to hold fond memories of their alliances with her. Already, Kaffy is about to take delivery of her official car. Ironically, other Managing Directors who are male and who are older in the system are yet to be given official cars.
Then comes Bimbo, the Acting CEO of the not-in-any-way luxurious hotel in Abuja. Bimbo, in a spectacular display of unprofessionalism, was made the CEO of the hotel, without any knowledge of hospitality business or management skill. For an otherwise 5-star hotel that was once struggling under a thoroughbred professional Olagbemi, the hotel is now in shambles. Meanwhile, Bimbo is a long-standing play toy to the GMD. So powerful has she become that her husband works in the Ibro Makanaki’s insurance company. Her younger sister, a neophyte lawyer, is also the Group Company Secretary in GF.
Also featuring on this list is Queeneth, the CEO of the energetic investment company in the country of gold. She is Ibro Makanaki’s conduit pipe in that West African country. Queeneth is single but not searching. This is her second missionary journey with Ibro Makanaki, having walked out on him a few years ago when she was GM, Treasury at NI in Nigeria. However, she became vulnerable and desperate for a job after Ohakim, whom she worked for as an SA was removed as Governor. Like Bridget in GF, Queeneth has had a tumultuous run in the banking sector. But she has always relied on the power of anatomy to get by.
Ophelia also dominates the list of women in this group. She is the ED of the bank that brims with so much energy, also in the country of gold. The Nigerian staff in the company calls her Ofili Ganga, more for her closeness to Ibro Makanaki, than for her mammary endowment. Ofili is the most powerful of Ibro Makanaki’s women, and probably one of the most brilliant and truly qualified in the conglomerate. But like others before her, she has fallen for his proverbial forbidden fruit without realising that all that glitters in Ibro Makanaki’s world is not gold. Although Ofili is married, her husband lives in the United States. She is said to be desperately in love with the GMD, with the sole aim of ousting the current MD, so that she can take over.
Seun, an ex-banker, is the GM of the group’s hotel and hospitality company in Lagos. She prides herself in having edged out the other contenders with her, to the throne (Ibro Makanaki’s bed).  Seun signs his cheques and handles most of his transactions. And she is usually, openly at war with other female members in the system. Her massive pimples notwithstanding, her assets are her voluptuous hips and easy disposition to tears.
Ibilola, a British trained lawyer came in as General Counsel to the news-watching arm of Ibro Makanaki’s conglomerate. At the moment, Ibilola is without any portfolio. She had the misfortune of falling head over heels in love with the maverick billionaire, only to realize that she has been used, dumped and probably wasted.
Until her sack mid last year, Abosede was the COO of GFI. She was one of Ibro Makanaki's longest serving staff and earliest bedmates. Abosede was fired for slapping her House Maid, Tope, whom she converted to Secretary. However, insider know the real reason for her sack. It was gathered that Ibro Makanaki was having carnal knowledge of the young House Maid. Abosede, whose previous mariage crashed on account of her devotion to her boss, also found solace in a Graphic Artiste in DN. Ibro Makanaki was said to have remarked that if Abosede could be romping with his male staff and putting their photo on Facebook, he too was free to romp her House Maid/Secretary.

PART TWO-THE EXCEPTIONS
There are a few exceptions, mainly on account of their advanced age and the manner in which they joined the system and how they have been carrying themselves. First in this group is Lady Isioma. She is the MD/CEO of NR-I, and was inherited with the company. Lady Isioma is 62, and she has conducted herself respectably. And so is Mrs. Adegoke, the MD/CEO of NI in Sao Tome. She was also inherited with NI in Nigeria, and was recently transferred to NI, Sao Tome. Adegoke also conducts herself decently, even though the NI she left behind in Nigeria, is a shadow of its old self. It owes salaries, has lost all major accounts and is now a ghost town.

PART THREE-HISTORY REPEATING ITSELF
Nearly all the ladies in Part One, and several others, who willingly or unwittingly engage in this back-for-ground, promotion-for-hand business in Ibro Makanaki’s business conglomerate, seem to have forgotten that several powerful women have towed that line, previously. But ultimately, they met their waterloo. The case of Ngozi is a classical example of this fact. She is the former President of ICAN. Seven years ago, Ibro Makanaki lured Ngozi to be GMD of the NG. She later realised that nothing good comes out of the man from the riverine town in Ondo State. Ngo Baby left with regrets and irreparable damage to her career.
Another case is that of Yetunde, and hers proved to be the most critical. Yetunde was the most powerful person in Ibro Makanaki’s conglomerate. She is a School Certificate holder and was his Secretary, but dramatically rose to become the GM/COO of GFO&G after spending a dozen years with the GMD. During her reign, Yetunde had three official cars, got her husband to work in Ibro Makanaki’s conglomerate and a house in Ajah. She has a son, whose paternity is in contention between Ibro Makanaki and her husband. Unfortunately, Yetunde was finally booted out unceremoniously on spurious allegations of disloyalty and impropriety, as regards Ibro Makanaki’s meal.
Lastly is Bukola. She was Yetunde’s nemesis but in less than a year, she also met her own waterloo. Bukola simply disappeared, without any trace, and was strangely promoted as Assistant GM in absentia. So much so that Ibro Makanaki forbade anybody from speaking about the lady, who once held his heart captive. However, before her disappearance, Bukola had made headline on the Internet, for receiving a dirty slap and verbal invectives from the wife of Ibro Makanaki. She was reported to have disgraced Bukola openly for having such a stranglehold on her husband.
Ibro Makanaki's wife, cuts the picture of a docile and lovely lady. But she is a calculating woman, who waits for the right time to strike.

THE AROWOLOS' TRAGEDY: HOW TITILAYO OMOZEDE WAS MURDERED BY HUSBAND

Justice Lateefat Okunnu of the Ikeja High Court, on Friday, 21 February 2014, convicted Akolade Arowolo who murdered his wife, Titilayo Omozeje, at their Isolo residence in 2011. In sentencing Arowolo to death, the judge said that the prosecution proved their case beyond reasonable doubt and established that the defendant was responsible for his wife’s death.
Justice Okunnu said that she reached her verdict by relying on the evidences of the pathologist who conducted a post-mortem examination on the deceased’s corpse, the parents of the convict who were “not witnesses of truth”, and the contradictory statements of the convict. She also relied on the “Doctrine of the Last Scene” which stipulates that the last person at a crime scene bears full responsibility for the deceased.

Abuja Big Babe, Flora Okeke Arrested For Prostitution At Protea Hotel

A new trend is spreading into the life of big babes in the country. And the act is becoming rampant in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Investigations conducted reveals that most of the big girls in the FCT, in order to meet up with their big babe status have resorted to high level prostitution to make big money, which they refer to as ‘runs’.
A recent case which is being discussed in hushed tones across Abuja is about a 25 year old young lady named Flora Okeke.
Flora, a half caste, is a beautiful young lady who resides in Abuja. We learnt that the lady met and started dating a former House of Representatives member who is also based in the capital city.

Our impeccable source said that Flora, a native of Anambra State eventually got pregnant for the lawmaker and later delivered a baby boy who is now 3 years old.

Friends of Flora informed yemojanews.com that the ex-House of Representatives member pampered her so much that she lacked nothing. She reportedly lived in the highbrow Maitama area of the city, rides in some of the most expensive cars and all her clothes are imported designers. The lady has had also travelled to all parts of the world with the politician picking her bills.
Yemojanews.com also scooped that the former lawmaker later decided to send Flora to the United Kingdom to further her education.
Informed source said she got enrolled in a United Kingdom University to study law which the politician was said to have spent about 25million naira.
But unknown to the politician, Flora was not the lady he thought she was. While in the UK school, sources told yemojanews.com that she dumped her studies and took to partying and sleeping with different men. She was also seen at many strip clubs in London where she engaged in strip tease.
In London, Flora was so engrossed in her dirty lifestyle that she abandoned her education. Sources say she became a regular sex tool for any Nigerian man that visited London and was getting money for selling her body. Eventually, she failed all her exams at the U.K school.

Meanwhile, the Nigerian men that were patronizing her got tired of sleeping with an half caste when they can get full white lady, so they dumped her and she ran into bankruptcy. We gathered that when her trade was not moving well in London again, Flora decided to abandon the school without telling her benefactor and flew back to Nigeria.
‘’Flora came back to naija and she started to have sex with different men. She didn’t even care about her little child. She began to move from Abuja to Portharcourt, Lagos, Warri and Kano, selling her body to anybody that can pay the right price.
“Subsequently, Flora turned into a big time prostitute, billing men huge amount of money before sleeping with her. You see, the most unfortunate part of her case is that the former lawmaker she bore her son for kept taking care of her, but she was never satisfied’’. One of Flora’s friends told yemojanews.com.
We learnt Flora also became so desperate in hooking men of power and money. Sources say one of the men she was able to get was the former Niger Delta Development Corporation boss, Timi Alaibe and one Kano State based Air Force Officer named Jameel.
One of Flora’s friends showed yemojanews.com a picture she took at Jameel’s Abuja home during her sexual exploit where she posed with the military man’s red colored Ferrari car and posted it on her Blackberry display picture (dp) that the man will soon give her the car.
We were also told that Flora recently sent a text message to one of her friends that she was ready to have sex with Senate President David Mark without using condom if he is ready to pay 2million naira cash.
And in a desperate mission, Flora reportedly visited the National Assembly complex to find a link to the Senate President, but was not allowed into the complex by the security operatives.
However, yemojanews.com gathered that on October 15, 2011, Flora’s game was exposed and was caught red handed by the Police in the Federal Capital Territory.
Yemojanews.com investigators informed that on that fateful day, Flora had arranged with one of her clients whom she had never met before for sex, and had agreed to the price of $4,000 for an all night rounds of sex.
The meeting place was Protea Hotel, Wuse 2, and every other thing was put in place for a sweet time.
But unknown to Flora, the Abuja Police have placed her on surveillance, after many reports of her prostitution adventure had reached the authority.
So, the police had been monitoring her movement and she was trailed to Protea Hotel on the day she was to meet her customer.
According to sources, Flora was in the hotel room, stark naked with her client when the police forced their way into the room and arrested her and the customer. The $4,000 she got from her client was also seized and to be used as exhibit against her in the court.
After the arrest, Flora was taken to Maitama Police Station where she was detained, and an incident of prostitution was filed against her at the Police Station.
According to witnesses, Flora’s father who also lives in Abuja, and the lawmaker were later invited to the Police Station to see with their own eyes what she had turned her life to.
The source informed us that Flora could not look her father in the eyes at the Police Station while the ex-lawmaker felt heartbroken and disappointed in her.
yemojanews.com learnt the police wanted to take the case to court, but after several pleas by the father, as well as the lawmaker who pleaded that Flora has a child for him, and wouldn’t want the stigma to live with the son throughout his life, the police decided to drop the case, but warned that Flora will not get a second chance if she got caught again.
After her release from the Police Station, yemojanews.com learnt that the lawmaker kicked Flora out of his home, collected his son from her, and washed his hands completely off her life.
Flora’s friend who gave yemojanews.com this story said that she is now biting her fingers, ‘’she is just roaming the streets of Abuja now, jumping from one man’s bed to the other and collecting money.. Flora is just a stupid girl. She got everything on a platter of gold, but her insatiable appetite for money has landed her where she is now. See how ‘runs’ has ruined her,’’ the lady lamented.

MINISTERIAL APPOINTMENT: THE UNTOLD STORY OF HOW OBANIKORO SURMOUNTED HIS MANY HURDLES

Obanikoro
Last week, the Senate confirmed Senator Musiliu Obanikoro and 10 other ministerial nominees. Being a former member of the Senate, Obanikoro's screening was without any drama. He made a brief speech, after which the Senate asked him to take a bow and leave. Obanikoro would represent Lagos State in the Federal Executive Council (FEC) after a formal swearing in by President Goodluck Jonathan.
However, in what might come as a shock to many people, Obanikoro faced many hurdles before he could be confirmed. His appointment came under severe threat, when some aggrieved parties threatened to unfurl a hail of information challenging the authenticity of his personal particulars. This group was made up of politicians in the opposition parties and some party stalwarts in Lagos PDP. Sources disclosed to The ELITES that the days that preceded the Senate screening proved to the most harrowing experience in Obanikoro's political career. He was reported to have been overwhelmed by the depth of resistance that greeted his appointment.

Famous billionaire, Femi Otedola is currently the subject of discussion among the elites within the Nigerian society. This is on account of his new looks.
